The Pre-Trib Outlook

Eastwood sez: I found this on Todd's wonderful Rapture Ready page,
which I encourage you to visit.

The incredible lack of secular reporting on the Rapture belief
of Pre-Tribulationists is stunning.

Pre-Trib folks make up the largest group of Bible Prophecy buffs,
and the centerpiece of our view is the Rapture!

The media seems to avoid using that word, or even the concept,
almost as if it had been told not to use it.

Why don't we ever see the secular world refer to The Rapture?
I believe that Satan himself is behind it.
He doesn't want the world to recognize the event when it happens!

Here is the way it is...

The Pre-Tribulation Scenario

The Rapture is an event that will take place sometime in the near future. Jesus will come in the air, catch up the Church from the Earth, and then return to Heaven with the Church. In 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 we are given a clear description of the Rapture, "the dead in Christ will rise, then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord." The time of the Rapture was not given. From the Word of God and from sound reasoning, something Jesus used quite frequently, I hope to prove the reality of the Pretribulation Rapture.

Scriptural Evidence for the Pretribulation Rapture

Common Sense Reasons for Believing in the Pretribulation Rapture

There is one thing we should all remember. Whether or not we can name the Antichrist isn't the primary goal. Knowing Jesus Christ as your Personal Savior and having your name written in the Lamb's Book of Life should be the number one priority. The jailer asked Paul, "What must I do to be saved?" The answer was, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved."(Acts 16:30-31)
