VIDEO AND AUDIO TAPE POLICY:
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES cannot be made on Video or Audio tapes. NOTE:
If the Video or Audio tape should prove to be defective for any reason, it
will be exchanged for the same title. Videos are available in VHS format
only, not currently available in PAL format. No refunds will be issued.
Refunds on any other products must be cleared with us
first and are subject to a 20% restocking expense.
Cancelled orders, for any reason, are also subject to a 20% cancellation
and restocking fee.
