Tedy Bruschi's Unofficial Fan Club

Taking my inspiration from Eric Bueide now defunct Ultimate Brisby's - Ty Law Fan Club Page, I am starting the Unofficial Tedy Bruschi Fan Club. I am attempting to make this Fan Club Official but currently it remains purely my tribute to the efforts of Tedy Bruschi.  Membership will entail the Monthly (during season only) "Bruschi's Brewings" a review that I generate from each month's performance which includes all the quotables and notables regarding Tedy Bruschi. It will also place your name upon this page in order of entrance into the Unofficial Tedy Bruschi fan club. If and when the club becomes 'Official' then further options will hopefully become available. So if you wish to join then send me an email with "JOIN BRUSCHI" in the subject at my account here: Sign me up as a Bruschi Backer!

Notes, Quotes and Pictures:

Tedy Bruschi signed a two year contract with the New England Patriots during the offseason.  He turned down a larger signing bonus and longer contract with the Green Bay Packers and former linebacker coach Bo Pelini.  He likewise turned down the opportunity to play for forver Defensive Coordinator, Steve Sidwell, now with the Seattle Seahawks..

mike1.jpg (13437 bytes) A fan of my page who resides in CT sent me a picture he took from the Patriots Draft Day party.  It's great to see and hear about the time and attention Tedy is willing to provide for his young fans.  I'm a fan of his play on the field and who isn't a fan of attitudes like this?  Now why young 'Mike' (?) isn't wearing a Bruschi jersey is another matter!

Why do I keep a Bruschi page?  Tedy plays with his heart on the line at all times and he's never quitting.  He's challenged by being a 'tweener,' meaning that he is between sizes for NFL play.  Still he performs at a high level and shows that his constantly running motor and natural ability can overcome that.  I've seen him Bull Rush a 300+ lineman (Boselli) and I've seen him blaze past an OL with his speed.  His coverage needs development and he'll be a starting star for this team.

Early in his rookie season I took note of this man who shares my birthday.  Soon his performanc and effort won our hearts and has been adopted by our section (116) as a fan favorite. He puts his all into every play and that typifies what I respect as well as that quality of which our team needs more.

This fine AFC Champion Brew is bottled and labeled for our private consumption under the auspicious name of Bruschi's Victory Brewsky. The Elixir is now entirely consumed but Tedy keeps (kept) a sample bottle in his locker.
Pic. 6 During the 1997 Season, David "Charts" Chartier joined me in producing a fine quality stout which we elected to use as a sequel to our highly rated first run. Being the second series it was dubbed "Bruschi Brew II" and was even more successful than the first run. Both BEvERages now adorn my Bruschi Tribute with autographs of the man himself. He has been sent a sample of the Beverage although no review has been provided.
