The Kilrathi Heavy Destroyer was nothing special for it's time, it fulfilled a desperate
need among the Kilrathi, the ability to counter Terran escort carrier raiding groups.
It's heavy weapon loadout and shields insured it's survivability in a fight, and these
craft are still mass-produced today.
