Shannon
Falls is located about 15 minutes north of Vancouver on Hwy 99 in Squamish,
BC. This waterfall has a vertical drop of 1,479 feet (449 meters).
Cleveland Dam
Cleveland Dam (right) is just outside of Vancouver.
This is a picture from down in a valley looking towards the dam. The hike
from the top to the bottom goes through a forest of giant Fir trees. Winding
paths guide the way to a lookout point to see the dam and a near by fish hatchery.
Further on down the river is Cable Pool (left).
