We work on a contingency basis only. That means you only pay our fee if you hire our physicians. You can interview as many physicians as you prefer, either by phone or in person.

	We at Golden Opportunities screen all of the physicians we acquire. We do not work with every candidate we obtain. We separate excellent from the average, and whose personalities are suitable to our clients' environments. We check all references and evaluate each physician.
	As part of the recruitment process it is necessary to do reference checking. Golden Opportunities will not begin a search unless all references and credentials are thoroughly checked. We explain all opportunities to the physicians before we send out their CV to you. This way we save your time and energy. We only will send a CV to you upon the physician's approval.
