Restoration reverses the loss of original material and appearance, bringing the building back to the original designed character.  The loss can be due to time, neglect, sun, rain and fungus.  Too often, inappropriate repairs and replacements are the cause.

• Sills - wood sills which are beyond repair can be removed and a new component which replicates the original in profile and material installed.

• Matching Sash: reproduction wood sash can be crafted to exactly match the existing design.  This is the best option when sash in most of the building's windows can be preserved. 

• Insulated Sash - wood sash can be crafted with insulated glass and the original muntin pattern. This the best option when the original sash was removed during vinyl or aluminum replacements.  Yes, those well intentioned, but unsightly and un-reparable,  replacements can be reversed.

• Hardware - missing hardware can be replaced by parts from, salvage, new old stock, or new reproduction parts.  This includes latches, pulleys, counterweights and lift handles.
