Castle Menzies
We are doubly fortunate to have two scans of the
same image, thanks to the kindness of two John Menzies, each an ocean apart
from the other. The first picture of the Castle Menzies was provided by
John Menzies of Orlando, Florida from a lithograph that is part of The
Book of Menzies, handed down through his family. The second was provided
by John Menzies of Aberdeenshire, Scotland. The Clan Menzies Society has
been restoring the castle. John (of Aberdeenshire) and his wife have visited
the castle and report that the Society is doing a fine job of restoring
it.
