This page is dedicated to tracing our Parker Family Roots. We don't know if our Parkers originated from England, Ireland, or elsewhere. When asked about it, William Thomas Parker, Jr. used to mention that Lord Peter Parker (no relation, we believe, to Spiderman) was from Ireland.

Genealogy Report of Our Parker Family
(As Far As We Can Trace It)

Here is a report of the data I have for the Parker family, beginning with William T. Parker, Jr.'s great grandfather, Anderson Parker. The family was Southern Methodist, but William T. Parker, Sr. converted to Catholicism.

Descendants of Anderson Parker

Generation No. 1

1. ANDERSON1 PARKER was born about  1790 in Delaware.Based on reported age of 59 in the 1850 Census, and 70 in the  1860 Census, it could mean that his birthday was after the month and date of the  1850 Census, but before the month and date of the 1860 Census. Usually Censuses  were done in the summer, so it may have been in June or July, etc. Many Parkers  in our family have July birthdays. We found Anderson Parker in the Duck Creek  area of Delaware in the 1840 Census.
