The last Will & Testament of George Kinkade, Deceased. In the name of God Amen August thirtieth in the Year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and ninety. I George Kincade of Cumberland County Township of Tyboin in the state of Pennsylvania Being weak in Body but sound in mind and memory do make and ordain this my last willa nd Testament Principly and first of all I Recommend my soul to God who give it and my body to the earth Buried in a Christian like manner at the Discretion of my Executors and as ??? ing such Worldly Estate as it has pleased God to bless me with in this life I give devise the Same in the manner and form following. Item I give and bequeath to my loving Wife Jean all my household furniture and one cow and one horse ????? She shall ???? also her Saddle and the benefits of the half of my land during her life and five pounds of money all which I give to my loving wife Item I give and bequeath to my loving Sons Andrew and John all my land to be Equally divided between them their Heirs and assigns forever also I give to each of their old Sons five pounds also I bequeath to loving Son Andrew my Saddle and Bridle. Item I give and bequeath to loving son Mathew McClaren all my stock of Horses, Cows, Hogs and Sheep with my wagon and gears and farming Utensils. Also I give to my loving Daughter Mary fifteen pounds N.B.S. Except the horse and cow my loving Wife shall ???? of. Item I give and bequeath to my loving Wife the remainder of my money if any there be after paying the above Legacies. Item it is my Will and order that my Cloth be Equally divided between my loving sons Andrew and John Item I Constitute and ordain my loving Nephews Archibald and Andrew Kincaid my Sole Executors of this my last will and Testament refuting and disalowing all other and former Wills andTestaments and I do ratify and confirm this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.In witness thereof I set my hand and seal the day and year above Written. Robert Adams Be it remembered that on the 16th day of September 1790 the last Will and Testament of George Kincade deceased was legally proved of which the foregoing record is a true copy and letters testamentary showed in common form to Archibald and Andrew Kinkade Executors within mentioned the said 16th day of September 1790 Inventory and account to be Exhibited into the registers in Carlisle in the time appointed by law.
