For a great work out and a great time in Catalina you are encouraged to sign up for classes with Robert Rockwell.  Weekly class schedules for Catalina are as follows:

DAYS:  Tuesdays and Thursdays
TIME: 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
LOCATION: Avalon School Cafeteria
TEACHERS: Robert Rockwell and Yoshi Weeks
