HOW TO REGISTER
You may register by:

Please take the following steps
REGISTERING BY E-MAIL:

out as instructed below.
2. In Subject type "Seminar Registration" or classes/seminar/event/workshop title.
In the body of your E-Mail indicate the following:

NAME OF PERSON/PERSONS ATTENDING: __________________________________

NOTE: if under 18 years old you must have signature of parent or guardian
to attend

*We will need your E-Mail and/or phone number so we can contact you if there
is any problem.
*You will also receive a return E-Mail indicating that your registration
has been received.
*In order to hold your registration you will need to promptly send your check
or money order, having your place guaranteed with a check or money order
is the only way to insure there will be a place for you.
TO REGISTER BY PHONE:
1. Call us at (562) 425-3168.
3. If you get our voice mail press #2 for Mieir-King Services and; a) leave your name and phone number so we can call you back to register you.
3. Make sure to immediately mail you check or money order to guarantee your reservations.
TO REGISTER BY MAIL:
Print out and use the form above under "REGISTER BY E-MAIL". By mail you may pay with Check, or Money Order - check or money orders are to be made payable to RICHARD MIEIR-KING.
