Tuesday: Kung-Fu, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Mayfair Park in the Sierra
Room
Wednesday: Kid's Kung-Fu Little Dragons Class, 5:15 to 6:15
pm - Tai Chi, 7 pm to 8:30 pm, Monte Verde Park
Thursday: Tai Chi, 6 pm to 7pm, Weingart Senior Center - Kung-Fu,
7pm to 9pm, Weingart Senior Center
Saturday: Kung-Fu, 10 am to noon, contact us to apply for this class

CALLING ALL STUDENTS! We will start our Loin Dance Team soon, we will meet once a month. If you'd like to be a member let me know and I can give you all the details. We will be have fun performing at functions and activities, but this also means work and practice. So if you'd like to be a part of this activity then contact Sifu King. There are a number of areas in which you can perform and help so do not hesitate to express your interest to participate and we will find a place for you.

CLASS RULES AND ETTIQUETTE - get to know this information and put it into practice.
No gossip, use your time productively by training
Try to arrive on time for class, things do happen but for the most part try to be punctual. This is so you get the most from class, if you are late just join in quitely.
No hats in class - exception would be for outdoor practice
Keep your sash and uniform in clean and neat condition.
Practice between class. If you have to review old material that will be your instruction for that class.
Be prepared when I come to check you - meaning you have practiced and are ready.
Political issues/subjects/comments, of any kind, are not appropriate, it is a class on Kung-Fu and/or Tai Chi, not politics. Train hard, enough said.

when you can't make it to class notify me and/or Sifu Jean, that is part of your discipline, be sure to do it
