They are also excellent if you already have a foundation in martial arts and would like to learn more about another system. And, if you are not into forms you will find that these tapes have detailed the combat applications of each movement of the forms, so if you are only seeking combat techniques these tapes are an excellent tool.

Hand and Arm Conditioning
Iron Palm, Hands and Bridge Arms

Hand and Arm Conditioning: This video/DVD contains over 2 hours worth of information and training in the many methods of Iron Palm. This video also goes beyond conditioning the palm and includes all surfaces of the hand and the forearms as well as giving some simple Qi Gong that is beneficial for conditioning your hands. This video also goes on to show many ways of training your hands and forearms with a partner. If you teach a class these methods are also excellent training techniques to introduce and use in the course of your class.

The Staff Set: As with all of our tapes/DVDs, this video starts with a demonstration of the Staff form from 2 angles and then breaks the form down into segments for the student to learn and master.
