They mended three holes, and made thirty themselves...."); two pages on the "Manners and Customs of the Chinese"; several short anecdotes and aphorisms; and a nostalgic poem, "The Bucket", by Woodworth, "...The old oaken bucket, the iron-bound bucket, The moss-covered bucket, which hangs in his well."
