In memory of our son, David A. Richmond, who was murdered in 1992 by his girl friend.
She was convicted, in 1994, only of 2nd degree murder, because she and her family had destroyed the body, and sentenced to serve 17 years in prison.  She was released in August of 1999 after serving less than 5 years of her 17 year sentence.
We are grateful to everyone who supported our attempt to block this application for clemency.
Being right just isn't enough when attorney's lies combine with lame duck politicians using their position to embarrass a newly elected administration.
