inadequately paid claims can be renegotiated or litigated for the benefit
of those families, property owners, and businesses who have lost their
homes, structures and personal property to hurricanes, earthquakes, floods,
and other natural disasters. This includes residential and commercial property
such as condominiums, apartment complexes, and business structures.
Claims already settled by homeowners with their insurers can be renegotiated
for more adequate, greater compensation. Natural disaster claims, if accepted,
are contracted on a contingency basis. If there's no recovery, there's
no fee to the homeowner.
