+Tone Centerfrequency in khz = LSB KHZ

+ 1/2 of selected shift freq. = MARK KHZ -Tone Centerfrequency in khz = USB KHZ

  1. Click on one of the Center frequencies listed for W4NPX to select it.

  2. Next for LSB calculation choose the Center Frequency of your TNC tone pairs. For example, the PK 232 uses tone pairs of 2310 and 2110hz, 200 hz shift of which the center frequency of the tone pair is 2210 hz or 2.21 khz, so for you PK 232 users fill in a tone centerfrequency of 2.21. (please use khz only)

  3. Next click on to select your shift frequency. Most people are now using a shift of 200hz. However, some radios such as the ICOM 765s use 170hz shift. If anybody is using a different shift than these two, please let me know so I can update the choices.

  4. Now clicking any one of the various calculation buttons will give you your answer. You dont have to do all, and can say just calculate MARK or just calculate LSB, its up to you. but just remember THE FREQUENCY WHERE YOU LOOK FOR ME DEPENDS ON YOUR SHIFT AND/OR TONE CENTER FREQUENCY, NOT MINE.
